Accommodation per night is £138 and a £15 cleaning fee; which includes fresh milk, tea, coffee, butter, jams and fresh scones. We allow up to two pets for £25 per animal per visit. 

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. 

Our Bed & Breakfast is located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also positioned conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. 

Its location makes it the ideal place to stay and relax, close to some local places of interest such as St Albans, Luton Hoo, Brocket Hall and surrounding villages.

Little Knoll Barn sits on the same land as Knoll House. The accommodation is self catering and all on one level with a mezzanine floor that can be used as a quiet place to work, read or just relax. Access to the upper floor is by a pull down staircase which can be conveniently stored away to provide extra space. 

We live next door to the Barn so close enough to keep in touch via phone or just a knock at the door. We also respect peoples privacy so if you just want to be left alone we are happy to leave you in peace to enjoy your stay.

Harpenden is renowned for its variety of shops and boutiques, with an abundance of pubs and restaurants. There are a total of 30 restaurants, 12 takeaways and 16 pubs in and around Harpenden that cater for a variety of food and drink all close by. There is also the Harpenden's Farmers' Market which takes place on the forth Sunday of each month from 10am to 2pm. There are also great places to walk and cycle in the surrounding area.

Guests have their own parking space and private entrance to the Barn with its own courtyard space, offering a place to relax with ample outdoor seating and a log burner in the evenings.

Check in time is after 3pm and check out is before 11am. 

We have a maximum of 2 guests to stay.

Smoking is also not allowed on the property.

Before you leave, please gather up any used towels and leave in the shower room.
